drinker myself I m actually drinking tea while writing this review , so I enjoyed learning about everything involved in the tea business, however, I did find it a bit overwhelming at ti 4 stars Wow did I ever learn a lot about tea and the Chinese Akha culture I always love learning new things while reading and this book definitely educates the reader on the history, production and manufacturing, marketing and selling of tea as well as the drinking, enjoyment and health benefits I am a tea drinker myself I m actually drinking tea while writing this review , so I enjoyed learning about
